Shipping
We ship your items 1-2 business days after we receive confirmation of payment.
Delivery
1. Philippines
Delivery takes 1-3 business days for Metro Manila orders, and 5-7 business days for provincial orders.
2. Rest of The World
Delivery take 7-14 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and hygienic strips, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info.undaswimwear@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item will only be eligible for an exchange for 14 days.
